Data Processing Agreement / AVV
Launch DPA path for customers that use GramGrow as a processor: a reviewed standard agreement is provided through support@gramgrow.io.
Processor support for workspace customers
For customer workspace content, GramGrow is designed to support a processor role: tenant-scoped processing, customer-configured integrations, documented subprocessors, data export, deletion request workflow, and audit evidence.
Agreement controls
The launch DPA is handled as a reviewed standard PDF/DOCX agreement. It should identify processing subject matter, duration, data categories, data subject categories, subprocessors, international transfers, technical and organizational measures, assistance duties, breach notification, deletion/return, and audit cooperation.
Each sent version should include a date and version number. Subprocessors should be included in the agreement or linked as an attachment, and subprocessor changes should have a clear contact and objection path.
How to request the reviewed DPA
For launch, customers request the reviewed standard DPA through support@gramgrow.io with workspace slug, legal entity, billing country, and required review timeline. A self-serve download can be added later once versioning, subprocessor history, and change notices are productized.
