Terms of Service

Commercial and product terms for self-serve and reviewed workspace use, including plans, billing, cancellation, acceptable use, liability, and third-party services.

Last updated: May 2, 2026

Product scope

GramGrow is a Telegram-first CRM with shared inbox, lead management, attribution, automations, AI-assisted workflows, and membership/payment-linked access features. Plan limits and active integrations are defined by the current product and billing view at signup or agreement.

Plans, trial, prices, and billing

GramGrow offers a limited Free plan and paid Starter, Pro, and Agency plans. The Free plan is designed for first workspace setup with one Telegram bot, shared inbox and CRM basics, up to 500 leads, and one team member.

Paid plans are offered monthly or annually through Stripe. The public pricing page currently shows Starter at USD 39/month, Pro at USD 149/month, and Agency at USD 299/month; annual billing may include a discount such as two months free when shown at checkout.

Paid plans include a 14-day trial when presented at signup or checkout. Taxes, payment method fees, and currency conversion costs can apply. Included AI budget is a usage allowance for the relevant billing or entitlement period, is not cash or stored value, and does not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation, downgrades, and data access

Customers can cancel paid subscriptions. Unless a different written agreement applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access to paid features can continue until then.

Fees already paid are generally not refunded pro rata unless required by law, expressly promised, or approved as a goodwill or correction case. If payment fails, GramGrow may retry payment through Stripe and restrict paid features after a reasonable grace period.

Workspace owners should export needed data before cancellation, downgrade, or deletion. For paid workspaces, GramGrow aims to keep an export and reactivation path available for 30 days after paid access ends unless deletion is requested earlier or legal/security duties require a different handling.

Customer duties

Customers are responsible for lawful use of Telegram, customer communication, imports, broadcasts, tracking, payment integrations, AI settings, and end-customer notices. Customers must not upload production secrets into unsupported environments or use Telegram data for prohibited AI training.

Customers are responsible for their own Telegram accounts, bots, API keys, payment provider accounts, AI provider keys, campaign content, recipients, consent, end-customer notices, and compliance with rules that apply to their industry, geography, and customer relationships.

Prohibited use

GramGrow must not be used for spam, scams, fraud, phishing, malware, illegal content, harassment, unlawful scraping, unauthorized mass messaging, evasion of Telegram rules, misuse of tracking or broadcasts, or processing sensitive data without a lawful basis.

Customers must not use Telegram data to train, fine-tune, or generally improve AI/ML models. GramGrow may suspend or restrict workspaces, integrations, or messages when abuse, security risk, payment failure, or likely third-party policy violations are detected.

Third-party services and platform limits

Telegram, Supabase, Hetzner, Resend, Stripe, PayPal, Digistore24, Gumroad, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, ad platforms, and customer-connected provider accounts are separate services or infrastructure providers. GramGrow does not control their availability, rules, prices, API limits, account decisions, or policy changes.

Changes, outages, rate limits, account restrictions, provider errors, or policy decisions by third-party services can affect GramGrow workflows. Customers remain responsible for their own third-party accounts, credentials, contracts, and lawful use.

Liability and disclaimers

GramGrow does not promise revenue, leads, conversions, Telegram availability, payment provider availability, AI output accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. AI outputs are assistive and should be reviewed by operators before business-critical use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GramGrow excludes liability for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, business interruption, third-party platform decisions, and customer misuse. Where liability cannot be excluded, it should be limited to the fees paid by the customer for GramGrow during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted.
